The staff is very rude! They try to spit facts about medical records in Ohio that is not true what so ever. What kind of office allows there office to speak to people the way they do, I do not know. They have horrible customer service!

Dr Sawvel is very thorough! He spends the alloted time that is needed when I'm in for my appts. I don't know what I would do without Dr Sawvel! He has helped me through some scary health issues and I appreciate everything he does for me :) I currently work at a different internal medicine Dr and I understand completely how appts work. Just because they can't see you the same day or even the same week doesn't mean there isn't any other options to be seen if you are sick or having emergent needs that need to be addressed immediately. All the girls at the front desk are awesome. The clinical staff is amazing! I love you all. Thank you so much for doing an awesome job everyone! :)
