Been here a couple times. Dr’s have always been good and the wait is FAR less than at either a typical Dr office or the emergency room. Plan on using this office everytime the family is sick and needs to see a Dr during the weekend.

I waited a long time, but I expected that. It is the holidays, and a lot of people are sick. It moved faster than I thought it would since I think they had two people seeing patients, but it still took a while. The waiting room was filled with people like me -- not feeling well, and not wanting to be there. Why five stars? The check-in process was fine along with the taking of vitals. But the reason for five stars is for nurse practitioner Kristie Farkash. I would not have been surprised to find an overworked, grumpy practitioner, but what I found was a friendly, cheerful soul who exuded compassion and concern for my health. Even as we came toward the end of the visit, I did not feel the typical pressure for the practitioner to quickly leave. She actually lingered to make sure all of my questions were answered. I realize that you can't pick the person when you go to urgent care, but if God blesses you by letting you see Kristie, then you will see why I would imagine that Kettering Health Network is glad they hired her.
