The development of a $19 million Class A facility is currently underway in Beavercreek. The space is designed to meet the growing needs of the defense contractor community supporting Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Synergy Building Systems, headquartered in Beavercreek, is behind the project. The facility is 63,000 square feet and is fully occupied with LinQuest Corporation occupying two floors of the building and Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) occupying one floor. 'This facility will be designed to accommodate the customized research and development needs of the defense community to execute WPAFB's mission outside the fence,' said John Kopilchack, Synergy Building Systems director of development.
