A township in the Dayton region is seeking funding for a project phase that will aid in cutting down time on emergency response. The additional benefits of the project will support the economic development of surrounding areas. The Valley-Bell Connector Project will construct the first section of a connector road that will link commuters in Southern Greene County to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the region's top employer. The project also includes the reconstruction of North Valley Road and the construction of the Valley-Bell Connector intersection with the installation of a roundabout.
