A major aerospace company is growing its presence in Ohio with a new site in the Dayton region. The facility is dedicated to engine component manufacturing for civil, military aviation and areo derivative applications. GE Aerospace recently opened a new manufacturing facility in Beavercreek on more than 53 acres at the Miami Valley Research Park. The 280,000-square-foot facility optimizes operations from eight locations into one campus, and approximately 400 hourly and salaried employees will be located at the new site by the end of the year.
