A woman is dead and three others are injured after a crash in Clinton County Friday evening. Just before 6:50 p.m. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers were called to U.S. 68 in Clinton County to reports of a crash. An initial investigation found that a car driven by Kara Metz, 22, was traveling north on U.S. 68 and another car, driven by Thomas Cogan, 82, of Beavercreek, was traveling south. Metz attempted to pass multiple vehicles at once when she hit Cogan's car head-on, according to a media release.
