A well-known restaurant located just outside a local mall has shut down. The decision likely will cost jobs and provide another empty space to fill. Melt Bar & Grilled closed its Beavercreek location at The Mall at Fairfield Commons this week, according to a voice recording. 'As of Tuesday, Jan. 31 our Beavercreek location is permanently closed,' the message said. 'Everyone here appreciates your business over the years.' It adds its Easton location is the nearest that's open. The 5,000-square-foot restaurant first opened in 2017.
